This position is a Temporary Full-Time role starting on August 26, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. As an Educational Assistant, you will work closely with students in grades 5-9, enhancing their educational experiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate empathy and enthusiasm in their interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate teacher-planned lessons in small groups

• Engage students and support classroom success

• Make learning fun and enjoyable for students

• Utilize strong organizational skills to aid instruction

• Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• One year of childcare experience necessary

• Post-secondary certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus

• Ability to work both independently and in teams

• Genuine passion for working with children
