Location: St. Albert
Shape scalable learning experiences with Zurich Canada as a Learning Experience & Technology Lead. This hybrid role focuses on instructional design, digital learning, and employee development strategies.
As a vital member of Zurich Canada’s Learning & Development team, you’ll report to the AVP, Enterprise Learning. You’ll create practical learning pathways and ensure alignment with business priorities. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will enhance the employee learning experience to drive impactful results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design enterprise learning solutions and curricula
• Create templates and frameworks for consistent design
• Develop career-specific learning pathways for stakeholders
• Ensure engagement in end-to-end learner experiences
• Advise on effective use of Learning Management Systems
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Learning & Development or digital learning
• Strong background in instructional and curriculum design
• Experience with Learning Management or Experience Platforms
• Collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields
