This role requires the successful candidate to teach at least five Food Science courses while managing associated laboratories. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instruction for five Food Science courses per year
• Coordinate food laboratories, ensuring proper management
• Foster student engagement and support during lab sessions
• Assist faculty in the development of course content
• Uphold laboratory safety and standards diligently
Requirements:
• Master's or PhD in Food Science or related discipline
• Teaching experience or laboratory coordination is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in collaborative settings
• Strong organizational skills for managing coursework
