Position: Full-Time Career Advisor
Shape futures as a Career Advisor in Edmonton's vibrant education sector. Provide essential career development and employment support for students and alumni at Robertson College.

You will be a critical part of the Career Services team, leveraging your understanding of industry trends to facilitate career preparation and guide students toward meaningful employment. With a focus on building relationships with students and employers, you will coordinate practicum placements while coaching students in job search strategies and interview techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Career Preparation course in Brightspace (D2L)

• Support students in résumé and cover letter creation

• Coach graduates on job search and interview skills

• Build relationships with employers and practicum hosts

• Research and recommend suitable practicum agencies

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or post-secondary settings

• Familiarity with healthcare, business, and technology careers

• Ability to mentor and advocate for diverse students

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to develop job readiness coaching skills
