Student Recruitment Service Partner

Location -  This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

We are seeking to fill a Student Recruitment Service Partner position to support the student recruitment needs of faculties within the College of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the Faculty of Native Studies, at the University of Alberta.

The Student Recruitment Service Partner is a service-minded professional who will work collaboratively with key partners across the university to develop prospective student recruitment strategies and tactical plans that will effectively support the recruitment and diverse enrolment objectives of the university. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Director and Assistant Registrar in the Office of the Registrar, the Student Recruitment Service Partner will collaborate with other leadership and staff positions within the broader Student Recruitment team to meet nuanced recruitment objectives for their areas of focus while also working to harmonize and align tactical recruitment plans and staff processes across Student Recruitment teams.

They will lead an action team of Student Recruiters dedicated to the College of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Native Studies to plan, brainstorm, organize, deliver, and evaluate in-person and virtual recruitment events, presentations, yield activities, prospective student communications, and advising initiatives.
