Drive impactful Indigenous recruitment efforts at NAIT’s Nîsôhkamâtotân Centre. Your expertise will directly support Indigenous students and foster inclusive educational experiences.
In this role, you will connect with Indigenous communities, guiding prospective students through NAIT’s offerings. You will develop outreach strategies, execute recruitment events, and enhance communication processes to meet the needs of Indigenous applicants. Your involvement is key to promoting diversity and inclusion within post-secondary education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating operational plans for recruitment
• Coordinate outreach activities for Indigenous students
• Maintain communications about NAIT's programs and services
• Execute event strategies for prospective students
• Collaborate and build relationships with Indigenous communities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree considered an asset
• 1-3 years working with Indigenous communities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of post-secondary recruitment practices
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel
