In this casual role within the Career Services department, you will guide students and alumni in their job search efforts. This includes one-on-one meetings for resume feedback, conducting interview practices, and creating educational resources. A strong commitment to helping students succeed is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individualized feedback sessions for students' career documents
• Provide mock interview practice sessions to improve skills
• Create and deliver presentations on employment preparation topics
• Develop resources on networking and job market strategies
• Assist with event planning related to career services
Requirements:
• Education in a related field like HR or Psychology
• Minimum 1 year experience in related support roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media tools
• Capable of multitasking and good organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a focus on inclusion and diversity
