In the pimâcihisowin Foundation Program, you’ll guide students through a learning journey focused on Indigenous worldviews.
The role emphasizes experiential learning, helping students apply knowledge via community engagements, team-oriented projects, and connection to the land. Successful candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or Indigenous Studies and have experience with Indigenous student populations.
Key Responsibilities Deliver Foundations 100 lectures and activities
Engage students in practical Indigenous learning experiences
Collaborate with Indigenous knowledge experts
Lead group projects to foster community interaction
Facilitate discussions about identity and knowledge
Requirements Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or Indigenous Studies
Experience teaching Indigenous learners
