Contribute to student success as a Teaching Assistant for the PSYC 4P92 History of Psychology course at Brock University. Lead engaging seminars and provide vital educational support.
In this Teaching Assistant role, you will manage seminars, prepare materials, and grade student assessments while providing meaningful feedback. Flexibility in conducting seminars, including remote options, enhances your ability to support students. You will also hold office hours and maintain effective communication with students and the instructional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee seminar content and discussions
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Attend all scheduled lectures and meetings
• Conduct seminars in person or remotely as required
• Assist students in understanding course topics
Requirements:
• Completion or enrollment in specified PSYC courses
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational capabilities

• Availability during scheduled seminar times
