Step into a vital role with Archery Canada by volunteering for its Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) supporting the High-Performance Program. Provide expertise in Compound, Paralympic, or Recurve disciplines to enhance athlete development.
Archery Canada is seeking passionate volunteers to serve in its Technical Advisory Groups. Each group will provide strategic input and operational guidance to foster athlete improvement and program success across Canada. Ideal candidates will have experience as athletes or coaches and may participate as support staff at National Team events when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the High-Performance Manager for guidance
• Attend virtual or in-person meetings for updates
• Provide written recommendations to the HPM throughout the year
• Strengthen program alignment with high-performance objectives
• Support athlete development initiatives in the specified discipline
Requirements:
• Experience as an athlete or coach in archery
• Ability to provide technical guidance to the TAG
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment for a two-year term
• Submit a resume and statement of interest
