Join SpryPoint as a Learning Designer, dedicated to crafting engaging training for our innovative software. This fully remote role focuses on creating effective training materials for our clients and enhancing user experience.

Become a vital member of SpryPoint's Learning Design & Enablement team, where you'll develop exciting training artifacts while collaborating with product development and UI teams. You will help clients navigate the implementation process and create onboarding content for new team members, all within our supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging training materials for clients

• Facilitate clients' implementation journey effectively

• Transform technical documents into training activities

• Create onboarding content for internal team members

• Contribute to e-learning initiatives in brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software training material creation

• Certification in instructional design or related field

• Proficiency with Adobe products and e-learning tools

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

• Interest in AI-powered tools for innovative learning delivery
