Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 1GX training initiatives and strategies across government

• Design, develop, and deliver multi-audience learning solutions

• Establish training governance for content accuracy and quality

• Provide mentorship to junior trainers on best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or related field
