Join the Safety Codes Council as a Learning Experience Designer to shape impactful educational content for Alberta's safety codes. This role blends technical expertise with instructional design in a hybrid work setting.
Our Education Excellence team seeks a dynamic individual who can craft learner-centered instructional materials. You'll lead the development of curricula and frameworks that meet strategic goals while ensuring accessibility and clarity. This position is essential for driving continuous improvement in technical education across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on curriculum development aligning with strategic goals
• Execute learning strategies and instructional design plans
• Create content for e-learning and workshops
• Collaborate on quality assurance of learning products
• Lead stakeholder consultations for design feedback
Requirements:
• Degree in instructional design or adult education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 tools
• Experience with video production tools
• Familiarity with regulated technical environments
