Senior ERP Training Specialist

Lead significant training initiatives as a Senior Trainer specializing in ERP and Learning & Development in Edmonton, Alberta. Contribute to user adoption of the 1GX platform through engaging training programs.

This contract position focuses on delivering an enterprise-wide training strategy for a major public-sector ERP project. You will lead the design and development of various training modalities, mentor junior trainers, and partner with stakeholders to assess training needs. A strong emphasis will be placed on the adoption of innovative teaching methods to enhance learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of instructor-led and self-paced training

• Develop high-quality learning materials like eLearning modules

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning requirements

• Facilitate virtual and hands-on training sessions

• Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or related field

• Proven experience with enterprise training programs

• Strong skills in instructional design and curriculum development

• Familiarity with LMS and computer-based learning tools

• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
