As part of the Human Resources team, you will report to the Director of People Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in instructional design, training delivery, and program evaluation. Your work will help ensure our employees are skilled, safe, and prepared for future challenges in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs and goals with internal stakeholders
• Design comprehensive training programs aligned with objectives
• Create engaging training materials including manuals and videos
• Facilitate training sessions using varied instructional techniques
• Oversee scheduling and administration of training programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years in training and development or instructional design
• Proven skills in creating diverse training materials
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems
• Ability to travel 25% within Canada and the U.S.
