The Junior High/High School Numeracy Instructional Coach is responsible for improving instructional practices and student outcomes in Mathematics. You will provide valuable feedback to educators, conduct professional development sessions, and analyze data to inform teaching strategies. Collaboration with the Academic Leadership Team will be vital as you help develop a strong numeracy framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and enhance instructional delivery
• Model lessons and lead professional development
• Collaborate on unit and lesson design
• Use data to guide curriculum adaptations
• Assist in identifying student learning needs
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Elementary or Secondary Education
• Teaching experience at Junior High or High School
• Recognized teaching certification
• Proficiency in English with excellent clarity
• Strong background in Math curriculum development
