Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training requirements to enhance learning outcomes
• Develop engaging e-Learning materials for various stakeholders
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions across the organization
• Ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on training programs
Requirements:
• University degree in Adult Education or related field
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in training development
• Advance proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
• Experience with SAP and other ERP applications
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
