Position: Part Time Youth Success Coach Role
Location: Morinville

Support Indigenous youth at Morinville Community High School as a part-time Youth Success Coach. Provide mentoring and develop programs to empower students and promote engagement in their education.

As a Youth Success Coach, you will support youth through one-on-one mentoring and group activities while connecting with families and community partners. Your contributions will ensure students feel welcomed and supported in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mentoring sessions with students in need

• Implement positive behavioral interventions and strategies

• Facilitate Indigenous cultural experiences and teaching

• Collaborate with families to support community involvement

• Create innovative programming tailored to student needs

Requirements:

• Relevant training in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or equivalent experience

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of youth challenges and cultural competencies

• Experience in applying behavior analysis techniques

• Commitment to Christ-centered education values
