ERP Learning Development Trainer

Drive the future of ERP training as a Senior Trainer focusing on Learning & Development in Edmonton, Alberta. This role plays a critical part in the successful rollout of the 1GX platform.

As a contractor, you will spearhead the training strategy for a large public-sector ERP modernization effort. The position demands creativity in developing effective learning experiences across various formats while maintaining training quality and governance. Collaboration with diverse business leaders will be crucial for aligning training with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic instructional programs for all learning levels

• Create engaging training materials, including presentations and manuals

• Analyze training needs with business stakeholders

• Facilitate interactive training sessions in person and online

• Ensure continuous improvement of training programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Adult Education or similar field

• Experience in delivering enterprise-level training

• Expertise in curriculum design and development

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Captivate or similar

• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities
