As an Intermediate Trainer, candidates will need extensive experience in curriculum design and effective training approaches. A related degree coupled with four years of hands-on experience in training is required, along with expertise in developing materials for ERP systems. Effective leadership in multi-audience environments will be pivotal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define role-based training strategies for government programs
• Oversee design and implementation of complex learning solutions
• Validate training needs with program leaders and stakeholders
• Maintain training governance to ensure content relevancy
• Evaluate training programs for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• University degree in Adult Education or related field
• Minimum four years in training and development
• Proven success in managing curriculum projects
• Experience with ERP training and evaluation methods
• Strong collaborative skills in cross-functional teams
