Mac Ewan University is searching for a Curriculum Planning Coordinator to join the Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications. This full-time position involves extensive collaboration on curriculum-related processes and adherence to institutional guidelines.
As a Curriculum Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in aligning faculty processes with university practices. Your responsibilities will include coordination of admission criteria reviews for various programs, managing the curriculum development process, and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will also provide support in proposal development for new programs and guidance in system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Office of the University Registrar on compliance
• Manage admission criteria reviews with Faculty Governance Administrators
• Support proposal development for new programming
• Guide faculty on using the CIM system effectively
• Organize curriculum development meetings and workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years in curriculum planning
• Experience in post-secondary settings preferred
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
