Position: Senior 1GX Training Specialist

You will manage the development and delivery of role-based training materials, ensuring they adhere to established standards and accessibility considerations.

Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, from program leaders to junior trainers, to validate learning needs and provide mentorship. The position demands strong analytical skills to apply evaluation methods and improve training offerings continually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of engaging training content

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or related field with relevant experience

• 6+ years developing and teaching training materials

• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and evaluation methods

• Proficient in Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
