Intermediate Trainer

In this role, you will lead government-wide 1GX training, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and established standards. You’ll design and deliver complex learning solutions while collaborating with leadership, SMEs, and the Change Network to validate learning needs. Governance and quality assurance are critical, as is mentoring junior trainers for consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define role-based training strategies for 1GX initiatives
• Create and deliver multi-audience learning solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm learning readiness
• Establish training governance and quality assurance processes
• Drive continuous improvement based on evaluation metrics
Requirements:
• Proven experience in training development and delivery
• Strong understanding of accessibility and quality standards
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled tools
