Intermediate Trainer

Take charge of training initiatives as an Intermediate Trainer located in Edmonton, Alberta. Your key focus will be on developing role-based training strategies and diverse delivery methods.

In this role, you will lead government-wide 1GX training, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and established standards. You’ll design and deliver complex learning solutions while collaborating with leadership, SMEs, and the Change Network to validate learning needs. Governance and quality assurance are critical, as is mentoring junior trainers for consistent delivery.

• Establish training governance and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in training development and delivery

• Strong understanding of accessibility and quality standards

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members

• Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled tools
