Position: Nutrien Training Supervisor for Nitrogen
Location: Redwater

Take the lead as a Training Supervisor at Nutrien's Nitrogen facilities in Alberta. Shape training programs to meet operational goals and regulatory standards effectively.

As the Training Supervisor, you'll report to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining technical training initiatives for Canadian Nitrogen. Managing a diverse training team, you will prioritize training needs based on workforce capability and collaborate across multiple sites to implement effective learning strategies. The role demands strong leadership and commitment to continuous improvement in training practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and implementation of training programs

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training priorities

• Mentor and establish performance goals for training staff

• Ensure training content compliance with corporate guidelines

• Manage apprenticeship training and budget planning

Requirements:

• Preference for post-secondary education in adult learning

• 10+ years of industrial experience with supervisory skills

• Effective leadership and organizational capabilities needed

• Strong communication and software proficiency required

• Experience in LMS and CBT programs advantageous
