Temporary Full-Time High School Science Teacher - 1.0FTE

St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a temporary full-time High School Science 9, 14 and 20teaching position at Holy Trinity Academy in Drayton Valley, Alberta. This position will begin August 26, 2026 and end Oct 1, 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Ability to assist in the schools co-curricular and extra-curricular programs would be considered an asset.

Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph's College is an asset.

The Government of Canada offers Student Loan Forgiveness to teachers who work in Drayton Valley for 10 consecutive months and has a student loan in good standing. You could receive up to $30,000 over a maximum of 5 years. Please check out the link here:
