This role for the  school year invites enthusiastic educators to implement daily lessons and engage with parents and students regularly. Located amidst the beautiful Chipewyan Lake, the job emphasizes differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning needs while promoting collaborative decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow curriculum standards across all subjects

• Design and execute lesson plans for various time frames

• Provide feedback to families and students in a timely manner

• Promote Cree language and culture within the classroom

• Encourage school-community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Alberta teaching certification and Teaching Quality Standard compliant

• Hold a Bachelor of Education (BEd.) degree

• Demonstrated teaching experience in rural or Indigenous settings
