Hybrid Student Services Advisor

Located in Edmonton, this position reports to the Team Lead of the Student Service Centre. As a Student Services Advisor, you will be the primary contact for prospective and current students, guiding them on critical topics such as tuition, financial aid, and exam processes.

Your role is vital in connecting students with campus resources and ensuring they have the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on admissions and registration processes

• Assist students with inquiries about tuition, fees, and financial aid

• Connect students to appropriate campus resources

• Offer clear support for exams and convocation procedures

• Deliver exceptional service to students, parents, and alumni

Requirements:

• Previous experience in student services or advising

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of university admissions and financial aid processes

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
