Position: Leadership Role: Head of School Mexico
Lead educational excellence as the Head of School at the Canadian School Group in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position is dedicated to high-quality instruction and enriching student experiences in a multicultural environment.

We are looking for an engaging Head of School to supervise and inspire a capable team while fostering an innovative curriculum for Early Years to High School students. The successful candidate will utilize excellent management skills to guide educational practices, ensure organizational effectiveness, and promote community collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a positive school culture focused on student learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor staff in high-quality teaching and assessment

• Provide oversight for budgeting and school operations

• Cultivate a collaborative learning atmosphere with stakeholders

• Address the needs of English Language Learners effectively

• Implement inclusive educational practices across grades

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of K-12 classroom experience

• Leadership experience in multicultural settings

• Knowledge of Alberta's education system preferred

• International school experience advantageous

• Desirable proficiency in Spanish
