Join Auto Canada as an Instructional Designer focused on Digital Learning within a Hybrid model located in Edmonton, AB, or Winnipeg, MB. Your mission: to craft effective learning experiences that align with corporate strategies.

In this contract role, you will apply your expertise in instructional design to translate business needs into practical solutions. Collaborating with business leaders and Learning & Development professionals, you’ll ensure engaging, learner-centered designs are developed. Your work will encompass digital learning as well as blended strategies for dealership training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into learning solutions

• Create engaging digital and blended learning experiences

• Develop instructional materials and assessments

• Manage project timelines and stakeholder feedback

• Leverage emerging technologies to enhance learning

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ADDIE and instructional methodologies

• Experience in blended learning techniques

• Knowledge of LMS and educational technologies

• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
