Position: Government of Alberta 1GX Trainer - Intermediate
Become a key player in training for the Government of Alberta as an Intermediate Trainer for the 1GX initiative. Focus on developing effective training strategies and engaging learning solutions.

The Province is on the lookout for two Intermediate Trainers to enhance learning for the 1GX system across government initiatives. This role involves designing training programs, leading delivery efforts, and ensuring consistency and quality in training materials. You will collaborate actively with various stakeholders to determine learner needs while also mentoring junior trainers to support skills development and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of role-based training initiatives

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials

• Partner with various stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment

• Maintain high quality and current training content through governance

• Drive evaluation processes for continuous training improvement

Requirements:

• Solid background in training and development

• Understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies

• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups effectively

• Proficiency in using digital and AI tools for training

• Experience providing mentorship for training staff
