In this position, you will assist students in understanding university resources and processes while encouraging them to connect with academic advising. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer support through peer-to-peer interactions in various formats

• Respond to general questions about academic offerings

• Provide information from university-approved resources

• Direct complex inquiries to Academic Advisors appropriately

• Help students make appointments with advising services

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student with at least 90 credits

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Experience in direct student support or customer service roles

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in using digital platforms for student engagement
