The Triffo School of Business at Mac Ewan University is hiring for a fully tenured position focused on social innovation and Indigenous entrepreneurship. In this full-time role, you will lead research initiatives, teach diverse courses, and manage all aspects of the Maria T. Schneider Social Innovation Institute. Collaboration with community stakeholders is also essential for applying research findings in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a pioneering research program in social innovation

• Direct the operations of the Social Innovation Institute

• Teach and develop curriculum for students at all levels

• Oversee staff, budget, and fundraising efforts

• Partner with community organizations to apply research

Requirements:

• PhD in business, management, or associated areas

• Proven undergraduate teaching effectiveness

• Active research portfolio in social enterprises

• Eligibility for Tier 2 CRC position

• Consideration for career breaks as appropriate
