As a valued member of Bright Path Kids, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive learning atmosphere for children. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Bright Path Read With Me program, preparing tailored lessons, and promoting student engagement. You’ll also assess progress and collaborate with families to support educational outcomes in a collaborative community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engaging lesson plans for learning programs
• Work closely with students to enhance key skills
• Create a motivating and encouraging learning space
• Evaluate student progress and share with families
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of provincial curriculums
• Familiarity with effective learning theories and resources
• Proficient in English communication skills
• Meet childcare employment requirements set by the province
• Hold current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certificates
