Join the 1GX Centre of Excellence as the Training Lead for Government Initiatives. This role is dedicated to crafting and delivering comprehensive training solutions for Alberta's ERP system.
As the Training Lead, you will define training strategies and oversee the complete design and rollout of learning programs for various user roles. Engage with program leadership and stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure training effectiveness via structured evaluation methods. Assemble a training governance model to maintain high standards in content delivery, ensuring that all training materials are continually updated and relevant to evolving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training strategies for the 1GX ERP
• Design learning solutions that adhere to established standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm training readiness
• Establish training governance, ensuring quality control
• Analyze feedback and performance metrics for improvements
Requirements:
• Proven expertise in training design and facilitation
• Leadership experience mentoring junior trainers
• Familiarity with 1GX ERP functions and requirements
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to utilize digital collaboration tools effectively
