Join Tri-global Solutions Group in Edmonton as a Contract Intermediate Trainer focusing on SAP Procurement System Modernization. This role provides an opportunity to shape training initiatives within the Government of Alberta.
You will work at the Ministry of Technology and Innovation, leading the design and delivery of training for the 1GX ERP solution. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective and engaging learning solutions while maintaining high training quality. Your leadership will empower junior trainers and ensure consistent learner support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the development of training strategies and delivery methodologies
• Own the creation of complex learning experiences for diverse users
• Engage with stakeholders to assess learning needs and approve content
• Implement governance and quality standards for training materials
• Lead coaching efforts for junior trainers to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
• Degree in Adult Education or related field with 4 years experience, or diploma with 6 years
• Experience in curriculum design and ERP training methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced content development tools is beneficial
