This full-time position focuses on delivering a variety of engaging activities, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere after school. You will lead program planning, operations, and management while building strong partnerships within the community. Your leadership will guide staff and volunteers in creating positive experiences for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver after school programming focused on various activities
• Supervise a team to support youth engagement
• Enhance relationships with schools and local organizations
• Manage program evaluation and data collection
• Uphold safety and health regulations in programming
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in youth programs
• Knowledge of child development and community services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle access
