Position: Government Trainer for 1GX Excellence
Lead training initiatives as a Government Trainer for the 1GX project. This role emphasizes creating impactful learning experiences using modern technology.

The Province is hiring up to two Trainers to support the 1GX Centre of Excellence within the Procurement System Modernization scope. Your key responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver role-based training aligned with the government’s ERP solutions. Collaborating effectively with program leaders and SMEs is essential for ensuring the content is relevant and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and delivery of 1GX training

• Ensure training content meets established quality standards

• Collaborate with program leadership for content readiness

• Establish training governance and version control

• Conduct evaluations and drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Expertise in training design and implementation

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for training delivery

• Strong collaboration and validation skills

• Experience in maintaining training quality standards

• Experience mentoring junior trainers
