The Behaviour Analyst utilizes assessment techniques to develop individualized intervention plans within a multi-disciplinary approach. You will provide training, support data collection, and employ evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning and staff support.
Your role is instrumental in achieving the Division’s goals for inclusive education while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to establish individual intervention plans
• Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments
• Train educators on best practices in behaviour management
• Document student progress and response to interventions
• Support the creation of Crisis Management Plans
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst certification
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
