As a Peer Recruitment Assistant, your primary duty is to engage with potential students via digital platforms and events. This includes addressing questions and creating compelling content that highlights NAIT’s vibrant student life. Your insights will guide prospective students in making informed decisions about their education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate online communication with prospective students

• Share authentic narratives about student life and campus experiences

• Craft engaging multimedia for recruitment platforms

• Collaborate on innovative ideas for outreach materials

• Aid in organizing and executing recruitment events

Requirements:

• Current NAIT student with a graduation date post-April 2027

• Content creation experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills with a passion for engaging others

• Comfortable speaking publicly and sharing personal stories

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
