Reporting to the Arts Experiences Program Manager, this position is crucial for planning and executing group and registered arts programs for all ages. You will supervise a team of Program Specialist Art Instructors and ensure smooth program delivery in various artistic disciplines, including visual arts and music. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor part-time Program Specialist Art Instructors
• Develop and coordinate new arts programs and camps
• Manage facilities and ensure safety compliance
• Implement promotional materials using social media
• Liaise with stakeholders for smooth program operations
Requirements:
• Degree in Arts Administration or related field
• Minimum one year in arts program delivery experience
• At least six months of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with studio equipment and art supplies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
