At Oxford Learning, we're seeking enthusiastic part-time Teacher-Tutors to guide students in math and science. This in-person role allows you to focus on teaching rather than planning, using pre-prepared lessons to enhance student performance in grades 9-12. Your strong knowledge of the curriculum and tutoring skills will be essential as you inspire students in subjects from algebra to chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach three students simultaneously, adapting to their learning levels

• Implement Oxford Learning’s teaching strategies during tutoring

• Record post-lesson notes for effective tracking

• Provide updates on student progress to parents

• Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor throughout sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in a related field

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience at the high school level

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of senior math and science curriculum

• Easily commutable to Edmonton Summerside
