Position: Training Specialist for System Modernization
Take charge as an Intermediate Trainer within a Procurement System Modernization project located in Edmonton. Your tasks will include creating engaging training programs to assist employees in adapting to new systems.

This contract role spans from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. As a training specialist, you will identify learning needs, design training in multiple formats, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to enhance team performance. Collaborate with various stakeholders to tailor your training approach for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop appropriate strategies

• Design comprehensive learning experiences across various formats

• Produce e-learning content and job aids for ease of use

• Facilitate impactful training sessions for different audiences

• Evaluate training success and continuously improve materials

Requirements:

• Strong background in training, preferably in corporate settings

• Proficient in instructional design and adult learning theories

• Exceptional communication and engagement skills

• Experience in creating diverse learning resources
