St. Albert Public Schools is currently seeking a Junior High Teacher to join the team at Elmer S. Gish School for the 2026/2027 school year.
More than 9000 students are enrolled in St. Albert Public Schools. From Preschool to Grade 12, our students learn and succeed in programs that are recognized for excellence and their focus on citizenship and sound values.
FTE1.0 FTE;
Temporary from October 2026 - June 2027
- Teaching Grade 8 Math
- Grade 7, 8 and 9 Health
- Advanced Science/Coding and Robotics
- A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and works well as a team player
- Elementary teaching experience preferred
- Commitment to a positive school culture & building community
All new employees to St. Albert Public Schools are required to submit a recent (within 6 months), clear Criminal Record Check prior to commencement of employment.
