Ellerslie seeks an Adult Ministries Director to oversee discipleship among adults in all life stages. As part of the ministry team and reporting directly to the Senior Associate Pastor, you'll develop and implement engaging strategies. Your ministry will significantly impact the congregation's relationship with Jesus, supported by a significant commitment to coaching and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement discipleship strategies for adults
• Mentor and coach leaders within ministry teams
• Foster small and mid-sized group connections
• Collaborate with senior leadership on ministry initiatives
• Recruit and resource volunteers for church activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and theological training required
• Several years in adult or discipleship ministry
• Proven experience in equipping leaders
• Strong administrative and leadership skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
