Responsibilities:

- Follow financial systems and maintain financial reports in line with YMCA policies and procedures, including submitting invoices, expense forms, and statistics to both the local and national offices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Train, orient, and coach group leaders, focusing on risk management, and provide ongoing guidance and encouragement throughout the exchange cycle.
- Provide timely support to groups experiencing challenges, including problem-solving and conflict resolution, and conduct debrief sessions following each exchange.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in Youth Work, Education, Social Work or Services, Community Development, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in program delivery and team leadership/staff management.
- Experience in community outreach, partnership development, or program coordination.
- Experience working with budgets.
- Knowledge and experience with facilitation, training, and/or experiential learning.
