Term Instructor in Early Learning

In this temporary opportunity starting Fall 2026, you will collaborate with fellow educators to provide high-quality instruction to adult learners.

Your role will involve preparing educational materials, facilitating various learning formats, and supporting diverse student populations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and can deliver effective feedback to enhance students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction to adult students

• Prepare course materials according to program standards

• Support diverse learners and evaluate lesson effectiveness

• Facilitate outdoor play and laboratory activities

• Maintain accurate student records and supervise practicums

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field

• 5+ years of childcare experience

• Familiarity with Alberta Curriculum Framework (FLIGHT)

• Strong communication skills

• Vulnerable sector check within the last 30 days
