Deliver field training on-site for Precision Drilling, using equipment knowledge and strong presentation skills to support employees across Canada.
As a Field Trainer with PD Canada LP, you will facilitate orientations and onboarding while developing job-specific instruction for field personnel. The role combines classroom leadership, rig training equipment operation, trainee mentoring, and collaboration with internal and third-party trainers.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding
- Develop job-specific training for field personnel
- Operate rig training equipment
- Update course content with other trainers
- Support Canadian field and shop locations
- Model company values, safety standards, and Life Saving Actions
- Lead classroom setup and facilitation
- Apply field experience and equipment knowledge
- Use Microsoft, Success Factors, and SharePoint tools
- Hold a high school diploma and valid driver’s license
