Location: Spruce Grove
Teach Middle Years Language Arts, Social Studies, and CTF at Wabamun School in Alberta. Apply planning, assessment, and differentiated instruction.
Parkland School Division seeks a full-time probationary or continuing teacher for Wabamun School. The position supports academic, social, emotional, and personal management skills. You will collaborate with staff, families, support teams, and community agencies while helping students transition into typical classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, deliver, and assess student programming
- Design learning opportunities addressing individual needs
- Implement Individual Program Plans collaboratively
- Maintain routines, expectations, and supervision processes
- Support families with learning-related needs
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Middle Years English Language Arts experience preferred
- Strong differentiated instruction background preferred
- Current vulnerable sector and child intervention checks
