The Specialist delivers new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training in a virtual environment. This facilitation-focused role brings Aspire’s curriculum to life while aligning delivery with client expectations and service standards. The Specialist also supports learners transitioning to live calls.

• Facilitate virtual training for new hires and specialty programs
• Coordinate schedules, virtual sessions, access, attendance, and LMS administration
• Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities
• Provide post-training coaching and on-the-job support
• Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders

• Adult learning, classroom management, and learner engagement skills
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities
• Three or more years leading, coaching, and supporting teams
• Virtual training coordination and facilitation experience preferred
• Flexible, adaptable schedule and polished English communication required
