The Specialist delivers new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training in a virtual environment. This facilitation-focused role brings Aspire’s curriculum to life while aligning delivery with client expectations and service standards. The Specialist also supports learners transitioning to live calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate virtual training for new hires and specialty programs
Coordinate schedules, virtual sessions, access, attendance, and LMS administration
Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities
Provide post-training coaching and on-the-job support
Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders
Requirements:
Adult learning, classroom management, and learner engagement skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities
Three or more years leading, coaching, and supporting teams
Virtual training coordination and facilitation experience preferred
Flexible, adaptable schedule and polished English communication required
